1. Introduction

Welcome to PiePay (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our platform and services. By using PiePay, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

2. Dwolla Payment Functionality Authorization

In order to use the payment functionality of PiePay, you must open a "Dwolla Account" provided by Dwolla, Inc. and you must accept the Dwolla Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Any funds held in or transferred through your Dwolla Account are held or transferred by Dwolla's financial institution partners. You must be at least 18 years old to create a Dwolla Account. You authorize PiePay to collect and share with Dwolla your personal information including full name, date of birth, social security number, physical address, email address, and financial information, and you are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of that data. You understand that you will access and manage your Dwolla Account through PiePay’s application, and Dwolla account notifications will be sent by PiePay, not Dwolla. 3. Account Creation and Responsibilities

To use PiePay, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account. Any inaccuracies in the information you provide may affect your ability to use the platform.

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use PiePay for:

• Illegal or unauthorized transactions.
• Activities that violate local, state, national, or international laws.
• Fraudulent or deceptive purposes.
• Uploading harmful or malicious content to the platform.

PiePay reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if these Terms are violated.

6. Privacy and Data Sharing

By using PiePay, you consent to the collection and sharing of your personal information as required to facilitate payment provider use. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details on how your data is handled and protected.

7. Limitations of Liability

PiePay is not liable for:

• Unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to secure your credentials.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.

8. Termination of Service

PiePay reserves the right to terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited activities. Upon termination, your access to payment functionality will also cease.

9. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact PiePay at support@piepay.com to seek resolution. If the issue cannot be resolved, disputes will be handled in accordance with the laws of the state where PiePay is incorporated.

10. Modifications to Terms

PiePay may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or platform notifications, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
